Logo design for NAVKA, a Ukrainian singer and song writer

Logo redesign for NAVKA.

Objectives:
To update a previously designed logo so it can be used for various brand identity items; to preserve Ukrainian authentic look and feel, to stay modern and agile.

The design needs to Communicate the following:

• simplicity
• crisp and vivid
• Ukrainian folk theme

What we did:
We update the design with a custom created typography with a new symbol, trying to mimic widely used symbols in Ukrainian folk traditions. At the same time we tried to stay modern and dynamic.
